Implementation

We will support your company in the development of a reliability program customized to your needs. The implementation process covers the following phases:

• Managerial lecture for directors and managers
• Training in concepts and applications
• Acquisition and training of analysis tools
• Implementation and monitoring of the first practical applications

Compass will transfer know-how and provide all technical support so that the Contractor’s own team can develop and complete its projects and analyses.

Note: The implementation is a technical support model, which Compass will not be responsible for carrying out the analysis, or issuing reports.
