Claudio Spanó
Over the past 25 years, Claudio Spanó has worked with Reliability Engineering in Brazil and worldwide, being one of the main names in the sector in our country and one of those responsible for the dissemination of the subject in Brazilian industry.

He is the Executive Director of Compass, the first company to sell Reliability specialist softwares, consulting services and training in Brazil and Latin America.

In addition to consulting, Claudio is the author of several published articles about Reliability Engineering and Asset Management and has been a speaker at major industry events and congresses in Brazil, United States, Germany, Netherlands, Singapore, Malaysia, Spain, South Africa and India.

He tutored hundreds of courses related to Reliability Engineering and Asset Management in companies such as Vale, Petrobras, PDVSA, Alcoa, Alumar, MRN, Mercedes-benz, Volvo, Scania, Votorantim Metais, among others, and was also invited professor in the main courses of postgraduate studies in Reliability Engineering and Asset Management in the country, such as the Federal Technological University of Paraná (UTFPR), PUC Minas and the Federal University of Ouro Preto (UFOP).

Denis Mazzei
Reliability Consultant for over 15 years, Mazzei has given several trainings on Reliability Engineering in Brazil and South America. Additionally, he works in the implementation of Reliability Engineering in large organizations.

He also develops the application of  Qualitative Reliability, performing FMEA in large companies, such as Mineração Rio do Norte, RECAP (Capuava Refinery), Johnson & Johnson, MWM International, Scania, Mectrom, TV Globo and Vale.

He developed his initial studies as an EMBRAER’s Reliability Engineer where he performed Reliability and Availability analyzes (Defense Market – Military Area), created RBD models and generated Fault Trees, FTD in interior systems and aircraft for EMBRAER military surveillance programs.

Mazzei is a Mechanical Engineer graduated from the Faculty of Industrial Engineering – FEI with several extracurricular training in engineering, reliability and statistics that he has participated until then.

Fábio Tavares
Reliability Consultant for the past 12 years, he has been applying, developing and implementing Reliability Engineering using Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Life Data Analysis (LDA), Systems Reliability (RS), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis and (FMEA) and Record Systems, Failure Analysis and Corrective Actions (FRACAS) methodologies.

Some of the industries attended by Fabio are Mining, Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Transport, Petrochemical, Pulp and Paper and Naval.

Eduardo Melero
Over 25 years of experience in IT, Eduardo has worked in every stage of systems development, acting as a programmer, systems analyst, data administrator, Business Intelligence specialist and team leader.

His experience includes several business areas, focusing on the development of Business Intelligence and Reliability Engineering applications and solutions for the last 15 years.

Throughout his career, in order to reinforce his knowledge, he obtained Microsoft and SAP technological certifications and the PMP® project management certification from Project Management Institute.

Ricardo Vieira do Amaral
Mechanical Engineer from FEI with courses held in Brazil and abroad in management, leadership, sales, bearings, predictive maintenance, reliability, Ricardo has worked as a Reliability Consultant for the last five years.

He worked at SKF from 1994 to 2016, acting as sales manager for service contracts with active participation in the development of the implemented service model and also manager for LAM in the Energy / O&G segments.
